How Do You See Home?

How do you see home? The way I see home, is with a loving and supportive family, a kitchen to cook fresh, warm and delicious meals, a living room for movie nights and a bedroom to sleep and have the sweetest dreams. I see home as a street with loving and caring neighbors, I see a neighborhood with lovely greenery, schools, and kids running around living their best lives. Home is a haven and a comfort zone. A place to live with our families and pets and enjoy with friends. A place to build memories as well to build future wealth. A place where we can truly just be ourselves. Do you know what home is not? Home is not having to beg for money. Home isn’t needing to dig through dumpsters for food. A bus shelter or a box is not a home. A bus shelter is for waiting for the bus. A box is to deliver packages, or to store items inside. Living inside of a box is like living inside of a coffin. What do you like about home? What I like about home is my family. My family is my favorite thing in this world. Me and my family have been through so much together throughout the years. What I like about my home is the kitchen. My mom cooks all her delicious meals and I bake my desserts. What I like about home is my bedroom. I love my warm cozy and soft bed. I like my stuffies and my pillows. What is home to you? Home to me, is watching movies and playing all night and then sleeping all day. Home to me is helping my mom cook her meals. Everyone deserves a place they call home.
