The True Meaning of Home

Home to me means feeling safe, happy and comfortable with who you’re with. Home can also be a little like the 5 senses. Home is the place I sleep in at night. the place I can feel and act like myself. Where I feel safe and loved by my family. Home is where I feel safe. My family is also home. my mom, my dad, my sister and brother are all home. my parents always make me feel safe in my home. My siblings make living in my home so much better. Home is where I feel happy. I am happy when I wake up in my bed and realize how lucky I am to have a roof over my head. I am happy when I come home from school and see food on my table. And at night when I take a shower in clean water, I realize just how lucky I am. Lastly, Home is where I feel comfortable. I feel comfortable when I am with my parents am happy when I see how amazing my parents are. I also feel comfortable in my bed at night knowing some people don’t have bed to sleep in. I am so grateful and blessed to have a home. And I realize how ungrateful we can be sometimes. when there’s people that don’t have the same things, we have one of the most important things, A home.
