My home feels safe.
I feel the touch of my loving family.
I feel the warmth of my soft blanket on a cold winter night.
In my home, I am loved.
My home sounds like my mom telling me she loves me. I hear the nice birds chirping outside.
I hear the popcorn popping as I get ready for a movie. In my home, I am loved.
My home smells like my mom’s fresh baked muffins on the kitchen counter. I smell the freshly done laundry.
I smell the plants in the garden.

My home looks like a safe space.
I see the trees rustling outside in the wind.
I see everything my mom buys me because she loves me. In my home, I am loved.
My home tastes like my mom’s fresh cookies.
I taste the vast turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.
I taste all the snacks and good food that I am lucky enough to have. In my home, I am loved.
I love my family.
I like to have a roof over my head and food in the fridge.
