Home My Favourite Place
I love my home, but my home is not a house. Home is with my two cousins. I love my cousins. I love waking up and hearing the bugs chirp and the birds sing. I also love the non-stop laughing. My cousins are the two people in my life that never made me sad or lonely. I love their crazy ideas and jokes but the one thing that stands out is that they understand everything. I only see them four or five times each year but I’m fine with that because every time is special. I love them so much if I was to choose ten thousand dollars or a week with them, I’d choose a week with them. A week with them it also means a week with joy, laughter and utter happiness. I love my home, but my home is not a house. It’s the memories I make with the people I love. I’m thankful for Habitat for Humanity and I’m happy more people can make more lovely memories in a warm house.
