My Precious Home
My home is colourful which makes it feel bright. It is spacious which makes me feel free. It is warm and because of that it feels cozy.
I see toys and games, food in the fridge, and my own room decorated how I like.
I hear sports playing on the TV and my family around me.
I smell sweet banana muffins, spicy sausage soup and bacon frying in the pan.
I taste the fresh air and bubbly soda.
I feel my fuzzy brown blanket, a hug from my mom and a fluffy pillow on my bed.
I am grateful for my home.
Having a home is important because it gives safety.
Having a home is necessary because you have a shelter.
Having a home makes me feel lucky.
I understand that there are some people who do not have a home. Knowing this makes me feel horrible.
