My meaning of home
My first place where I feel like home is wherever my family is because I know I can trust them. I know that they will always be there for me, no matter what I do or what mistakes I make. Being with my family makes me feel safe, comfortable and confident. I know that when I have any kind of problems, my family will have my back. When I am with my family I feel relaxed because I know that I do not have to worry about anything. I do not need to be concerned about not having enough food or sleep. It does not matter where I am or my family is, my heart will always be with them.
My second place where it feels like home is Germany. I was born in Germany. Especially Griesheim (a village in Germany). Griesheim is a place where I was raised, where I first learned how to play Tennis and where I first learned how to play piano and chess. Everyday I would ride my bicycle around the village or go for a walk. I learned Griesheim by heart because I knew one day I had to leave, but no matter where I am, Griesheim will always have a place in my heart. I know that if I go back to Griesheim one day, I will be welcomed with open arms. In Griesheim I made lots of friends and I met lots of new and nice people, but living in Canada is a huge new chapter in my life and I am excited to start the chapter.
