What Home Means to Me

When I was in my mom’s tummy, I was just chilling in there, but things changed when I was born. I saw light for the first time! It felt good because it was dark in my mom’s tummy. The first person I saw was my mom then my dad. When I saw them, it felt like home because family means home to me. When I got out of the hospital I went home, and I was happy. It is different now. I live in an apartment but that feels good too. Home is a good. If I get hurt, I have family. Then things changed. I could not see my dad and live with him. It is hard and it makes me sad. I had a family dog named Toby. Soon my mom sold him. I was very sad, but home has all feelings. All of us get sad, and sad is a feeling too. Happy is a feeling, scared is a feeling, safe is a feeling, so that means we have feeling, and home does too. Home is full of old things and memories also. Home might have a pet too like a dog or a cat. Home might have family and some not. Some might not have a home because of family situations. I bet you can’t imagine what it would feel like. Home might like light and maybe darkness. Home might feel comfortable and maybe stressful. Home might feel cozy, warm, relaxing, or quiet. It might be a bath, might be watching tv, could be something from where you are from, food from where you are from. Home is always going to be LOVE. Wonder is a perfect word for home. We always wonder at home. How will you live? It will be now, and it will be the future too!
