The Meaning of Home

“Home is where the heart is” and what home means to me is that I have a family and friends that care for me and support me. I have a shelter and good meals and everything I need and care for. If Home were the five senses… The first sense that I'm going to write about is “sight” : seeing your family, our family pictures, the toys we played with as younger kids and the home decor. The 2nd sense is “taste”, because of the good meals ! The 3rd sense is “hearing”, because you get to hear all the conversations, stories are told and music that is played. The 4th sense is “smell”, because you can smell the delicious cakes and cookies in the oven. The last sense is “touch”, because you can touch the soft and warm blankets you sleep in.
