My Happy Place

Home. Home is a place where I am free to be myself. Home is the place where I grew up and a place that I can learn Home is comforting because of my soft couch Home is a place I have joy and fun Home is kindness because everybody loves me for who I am Home is safe knowing that everyone around me is kind and helpful Home is family, friends and love Home is caring because I don't feel crowded with responsibilities Home is wonderful because of my loving family and puppy Home is my happy place. My home is not just the roof I live under, it is a place I feel loved and cared for. Sometimes I don’t feel like I fit into the outside world but there is always that place I can go where I always fit in. My home. I can't stop thinking about the people on the streets who don't have a home and how lucky I am to have a warm safe loving home. I wish somehow I could give them a warm safe home like I have. I wish everyone could have a home where they feel loved and cared for like me. I love my home and I hope you do too. I feel very loved when I am at home. If life was a forest, my home would be a little sprout away from all the predators and thorns. If I was a turtle my home would be the shell protecting me from all the dangers of life.
