Where My Love and Heart Lives!

There is a place where all of my loves live. This place is called Home. My name is Lis and I have a hard time to concentrate sometimes. School is one of the hardest things for me. So, home is very helpful to me to concentrate. To me, home is the place that is not made out of bricks and a roof. It is a place built out of love, kindness, and lots of joy. Me and my little brother share a room and my big brother has his own room. I love my home and family more than everything. Home is a nice and easy place, but school is a hard, tough, difficult place sometimes. But, I really love my school. It is the best. For me, I wish different places were easy like all of my friends. Do you have a hard time in places that are not home? The good things about places like school: you can see your friends, learning - especially math, and the best teachers who love you. Home is a place where you will always feel like you belong and you feel very loved. I believe that my home is really fun and it's like my home chose me to live there. My biggest wish of all is to win a grade 5 gymnastics competition and to become a veterinarian's assistant. But, guess what? One of my wishes already came true. It was winning the gymnastics competition, but without a home, I would never be able to do that! Home is a place where my parents love me and I love them right back. My parents mean everything in the worlds to me. I really love them. I wish I shared a room with them so much. I wish I could live with my friends cause I really miss them. A lot of my friends live a long ways away so I really want to see them. I really want a cat, but if I did not have a home, where would my cat go? My favorite cat is named Alfie. He lives in a home and I think he loves his home too. Home is a pretty big deal to me and all of my family feels the same way about home. What are your feelings about home?
