Meeting Place

A home is a place where we live It is a place where our family meets And that is also where we sleep That is where we work and have fun We can even relax and go for a run! We have our family there That I can call MINE Not where there’s a lot of crime We are lucky to have a place to call home Because sadly some people don’t Home is very important to me It’s where there is love and support We are blessed But always remember someone isn’t We have to be grateful for what we have And hopefully, I can be a part of saving someone by writing this poem to help give them what I have.
