A Place Like Home

A home is a building where you feel safe, warm, comfortable, and loved by your family. Like when you come home from school you have fresh food and water ready for you. You can share your feelings with your family without getting laughed at. Like when you come inside from playing in the snow and you get a nice warm hot chocolate that you make with small marshmallows and love. A house is a building that has walls, doors, windows, and technology. A house has all the things you need like a bedroom, kitchen, a bathroom and maybe an upstairs and a downstairs but it doesn't feel like it has that warm air that a home does . A house is where you don’t need to be scared because there are a lot of things protecting you.
