Meaning of Home to Me
Home is important to me because it gives me a family, childhood memories, a place to live, somewhere we can create our memories, and a place we can find love, respect and friendship(moral values). First, a home is a place where I live with my family. A family gives us a lot and teaches us how to survive or live in this world. A family also teaches us moral values, how to communicate and to be fearless and brave. The inside of my house describes my family. Second, home comes in many of our childhood memories. Childhood memories cover many of our ways of learning. E.g. when we learn to walk, crawl, read and etc. Every brick of my house describes a childhood memory. Third, home gives me a shelter. I need a shelter to avoid severe weather, severe weather like; rain, hail, snow, thunder or hot weather. The roof of my house provides me a shelter. After, home is a place where we can create beautiful memories. Memories are important to create so that when we feel bored, we can think of our memories and feel or be emotional. The walls of my house are where I can create my memories. Lastly, home is a place where one can acquire moral values such as love, respect, friendship, kindness, honesty, and loyalty. Moral values have connections with a family, for example; families teach us to respect our elders, this comes under a moral value. The cabinets of my house describe me, and the things inside the cabinets of my house describe my moral values. All the things I have mentioned above are the reasons why home is valuable or important to me.
