The meaning of home to me

People have different meanings of home, maybe love, kindness, caring, or family. But home is everything to me. I have all of the things I need like: The amazing cooking from my mom, A nice cold refreshing drink, A nice and cozy bed to sleep on, And most importantly, I have loving parents, and siblings who I can’t live without. Home is comforting, happy, helpful, supporting, freeing, and loving. I can look outside at the beautiful nature, while my home is sheltering me. I feel safe. Home is a place that I can decorate my house however I want so I can be creative for my room. I feel free. Home is sharing a room with my sisters. I’m not alone. The place I grew up in for most of my life, is home. I am grateful for habitat for humanity for helping people have homes, everyone deserves a home.
