Home

I believe that home is a concept that cannot be contained within four walls. It is a combination of affection and a comfortable environment in which you can be yourself. A home is a place where you may feel secure, cherished, and protected. Home is being near to near and dear ones. Home is surrounded by people you care about and who care about you. Home is a state of mind rather than a physical location. H- Healthy (stay healthy by having care and food made with love) O- Optimistic (no fear) M- Memories (we make with our family) E- Emotions (love and affection we get from our parents and grandparents) Home… A little word has a far larger meaning than it appears. I am thankful and grateful for my house because it provides me with a warm, comfortable bed to sleep in, a roof over my head, healthy food prepared for me to eat, and a family I adore and who adore me in return. Home, for the most part, represents honesty, patience, and understanding, as well as a safe haven where I can be myself. Everyone needs to have their own area where they may feel secure and protected; a warm and inviting location, as well as a place to go when it rains or snows. I pray for all persons and families to have a place to live. I am grateful to Habitat for Humanity for creating houses and assisting others in need who want to live in a house like mine.
