The Place I Call Home
From the waves in Deep Cove crashing down and waking the seagulls up,
To the seagulls calling the ravens up in the beautiful cedar trees of Mt. Seymour,
To the ravens flying above the mountains, waking the coyotes,
To the coyotes chasing the eagles flying across the trees,
To the eagles flying above my house,
To my cats watching the birds through the living room window,
To me snuggling up with my family on the couch for a movie night.
Everyone deserves a house, but more importantly, everyone deserves a home.
