If Home Were Feelings

Love. The joy of coming home from school completely exhausted to be greeted with warm and sincere hugs and kisses from your cherished loved ones. Relaxation. Drinking the warmth of a delicious hot chocolate filled with the hard work of your parents as the cool winter sun slowly fades away into the night. Excitement. The ecstatic feeling when your guardians are cooking your most favorite meal and you can smell its mouth-watering scent, knowing that it’ll be ready to eat soon. Joy. The warmth of a big bear hug by your loved ones to wash your tears away and creep a smile upon your face, as all your worries slowly but surely fade away. Happiness. The lovely feeling when you and your family have a movie night and you get to snuggle up inside a soft and fuzzy blanket with popcorn spilled on yourself and listen to the happy giggling of your family. To sum it all up I will have to say Even in a home you will have a bad day But what really matters is when you finally see No home is perfect, but yours should fill you with glee
