Meaning of Home

What if I told you I could build a home with no bricks? How about with no walls, or if I told you I could build a home with no rooms. You might be thinking, is it even possible? I'll tell you what, it is possible. A home is not a structure, a home is neither a place made of brick and cement, nor is it a building. It's a place built with love and emotions. In a home, you are free to be yourself, you won't need to hide who you are or hide from fear. Home means many things, it's not one specific thing or one specific place. Home is a place where we create our own unforgettable memories. A home is a place of comfort, relaxation, and fun. It's where I can learn new things, have fun playing games and activities, get emotional support in times of need, and make silly arguments with my annoying siblings. When I return from my school, I am warmly welcomed with open arms and big, pleasant smiles. Home is a word for a million feelings and a million meanings. The softest yet strongest hands of the bravest woman, my mom. Home is where I see my beautiful family looking out for each other with love and care. Home is where my mother looks out for me. When I'm sick, my mother makes me the tastiest warm tea, and even though I can't taste the cinnamon, it makes me feel like I've already recovered. If home were a place I could smell, it would be the different types of rose blossoming in my backyard that has a powerful scent that calms me down. Home is where I hear my dad hum a lovely song in the perfect tone which fills our home with happiness, laughter and good vibes. Every time I cuddle my mother, I feel at ease and loved. A home is your best friend or your companion. It's there for you whenever you need it, through happiness, madness, and sadness.
