What Home Means to Me

A poem Home a place to stay at when the weather's cold. Some don't have a place to call home. My home is more than just a building. It's somewhere to be me. To let go of what's happening, of things that may bug me. The key is okay if it's lost. The key to my home is my heart. Home is my place, my heart. Home is a place to make memories and more. I'm happy here in my home, hearing the laughter of my family outside of my room. Homes aren't always your house, it can be school or more. "Wow!" You may say, Remember, Home isn't always just a building. Home has people you trust Very, very much Home isn't always a place to speak English. Home is a place to speak many more languages. My home is my safety. In the end, I still think Home stands for H = Happiness O = Open Space M = Married Couples E = Every Language Thank you. That's what home means to me. AND, most of all thank you Habitat for Humanity for everything you do for people.
