-The Place That Made My Family-

There’s nothing else like your home. Your family. Your home is something that holds your family together and spreads joy through your hearts. The place where you’re itching to get back for your moms delicious dinner she made just for you. A home is a place to make memorable memories, unbreakable trusts, and unconditional love. That’s what Habitat for Humanity does. They make frowns turn upside down. Memories make your home. You know all those thoughts you get when you’re homesick? Those are the things that make your home grow. If you don’t have heartwarming memories of your home, then your home is just an empty structure. Your house is filled with memories in every nick and cranny. Some good, some bad. But it’s okay if they’re bad, because then you can learn from your mistakes. Memories also keep the confidence up in your home. If your family wasn’t reminded of all the memories you made, they wouldn’t have a lot of courage, and would be reminded of the painful memories that hurt. Without memories, you wouldn’t be able to tell all the stories to your descendants. Your children and their children love listening to the tales you’d tell and the adventures you had. This is why memories are a big part of your home. You build trust in your home. That’s what makes your family a family. If you have no trust there’s no bond between your home. Your family wouldn’t know if you are telling the truth or making a lie to weasel your way out of something. Every lie you tell is just you being farther and farther from your family. With trust your family can depend on you. They can count on you and know that you're capable of anything that you put your mind to. They’re confident in you. They believe in you. Your home would also feel safe and comfortable. There would be no tension between your parents and you. A home is somewhere to be you. That is what makes trust important not only in your home, but also in your whole life. Your house radiates love. You know that when your little sibling is excited for you when you jump off the fluorescent yellow school-bus. Or when your mom or dad or grandparent helps you with your homework that you just don’t understand. Love makes your family care about you. If your home didn’t have love, it wouldn’t be a home. Your family doesn’t have to be your biological parents and siblings. It’s the people that love you. Your family will always have your back. No matter what, they will help you through the hard times in life. Your family will help you grow up and bloom into yourself. No matter what you are, no matter who you like. Your family will always love you. That’s the most important thing in your life. Love. Memories, trust, and love is what really brings your home together. That’s what Habitat for Humanity can do. They spread joy all around the world. Habitat for Humanity will be a cure for frowns. When it comes up in a conversation, everyone will be filled with life-saving memories. Home is the place that made my family.
