Meaning of Home
When I’m home I see a place where I can have fun. When I’m home I feel happy and that I’m home. When I’m home I smell hockey gear and cigars. When I’m home I hear cars driving by. When I’m home I’m nervous of falling or making a mistake on a drill. When I’m home I’m sad if there are no pucks and A half to skate the whole time. I’m crazy when we win a game. I’m excited when I get to go to a tournament and there’s a pool or a hot tub. I’m interested when I have a new drill that is hard or confusing, because it gives me a challenge and a learning opportunity. When I am at home I can be free and be myself. At home I’m not judged on what I do or say. At home I can exercise and build muscle strength.
