My Home

Home is different for Everyone like someone might feel like home is a place where they eat pizza every Friday. Home is for me, well it's this… Home was a place where I see. my Mom and Dad, my two cats Roxy and Dora. Where we cuddle up to watch a movie. You will never be cold. A place where you see… your best friend's house where you play all day. At night you're back home longing for it to be morning and play all day with your best friend! Where you see your mom Reading a book. You jump up asking what book she is reading then she replies with. “The Giver.” Home is a place of rituals and routines that bring comfort. Every Tuesday me and my mom would walk down to my grandma’s. I'd see her sweet face and playing with her dog, lady. With a ball! When I get home I'll see what my Sister is doing then go to sleep wondering what the next day will bring us! Home was a place where I'd smell my Dad's stinky feet. Where I'd smell the yummy smelling food for supper, the smell of my sister's perfume. The smell of freshly mown grass *Ew* the smell of. well home. I'd run down to my Friends. At her Home it would smell of all sorts of things. When my Aunt was taking care of me I would smell her Dog. I loved her Dog. But the place I really loved was my home. All the smells that belonged to me and my Family. I'll never change a thing! Home was a place where I felt my cat's fur on my hand. A place where I'd feel. the warmth of our fire, a feeling of my Mom's hand on the 1st day of school. The feeling of my friend's trampoline. The feeling of flying on her trampoline. The feeling of your Dad hugging you after a long day at his work. The feeling of your cozy blanket up against my pjs, the feeling of what the future holds for me. Home was a place where I tasted the ocean breeze. The taste of the most epic food you could think of. the taste of my saliva. The taste of gingerbread that my Dad buys at the store. Walking to the beach with my Mom and Dad. The taste of the salty ocean on my tongue. The taste of cold water. Right before going to bed. The taste of nothing in my mouth. Home was a place where I felt happy! Where I love everyone in my home! Where I'd run down to my friends so excited to see her and what we would play. The feeling of anger when I heard this singer. I would say how horrid her singing was! The feeling of wonder thinking what would tomorrow hold? The neutral feeling when I would go on the bus with my Mom. the feeling of annoyance trying to stay up to finish the movie. Walking with my mom down the road to my grandma's house. The feeling of excitement to see what We are going to eat today! The feeling of drifting to sleep in my cozy bed. Now I am Eleven years old. I have a Dad, Mom, dog, two cats and a hamster. But no Sister. She died 3 years ago. I hang out with my three friends. Alice, Gianna, and Mabel! My dad plays Xbox with Me! My Mom is at Work. But when she’s not at Work she makes dinner and we hangout. She reads her book! The taste of my favorite food, shepherd's pie! The sight of my class! The feeling of the chromebook i’m typing on! The sound of my music! The feeling of hope. This is my home, And I love it!
