What is the meaning of home? Fortunately, the meaning can be found inside of itself! H stands for a safe haven where we are happiest and healthiest. O stands for a place where we can be open. Our oasis in the desert, a sanctuary for our optimism where we are okay. M stands for the magical effect it has when you enter, where we can make many memories with our loved ones, where our mental health thrives. E stands for where we can express our emotions, an endearing place that as soon as you enter you are filled with never ending joy. I love my home. A home is a place that everyone needs. I am very grateful for Habitat for Humanity’s help repairing and improving millions of homes, neighbourhoods and lives. Home may be a short word, but each letter has a thousand meanings!
