The Senses of Home

Home smells like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies just out of the oven. Home feels like snuggling with my mom in the comfort of my bed. Home looks like building a snowman in the backyard with my brother. Home tastes like toasting marshmallows with my dad after being outside on a cold winter day. Home sounds like cheering on our favourite hockey team the Toronto Maple leafs Home smells like fresh coffee brewing first thing in the morning when I wake up. Home feels like a cold winter night in bed with my stuffies. Home looks like a nice clean room to get back to when I come home from a long day of school. Home tastes like fresh buttery popcorn during family movie night. Home sounds like my alarm clock waking me up on a Monday morning getting ready to start my week.
