How Grateful I Am To Have A Home Like Mine

My home is a place where I’m safe. The smell of fresh hot cocoa with delicious whipped cream, rainbow and chocolate sprinkles carefully placed on top. The sound of crackling fire in my ear while I’m reading my favorite book that I can’t get my eyes off! It’s the coldest night of the year. My family and I Me and my family laughing, playing Monopoly in my basement, snacking on the best chocolate muffin in the universe, grateful to have a secure roof over our head in rain, snow and hail. Home is a place for me to lock up my memories with my awesome friends and family. I think about that only I can enter thinking about all the times they kept me feeling secure so that I was never lonely even during the darkest times. My home a place where I can sleep in my comfortable bed where I dream my best dreams. My parents caring for me every minute of every day when I’m sick, sad and scared. Giving me healthy food to be safe and not sorry. I know candy is amazing, but it's betterbut better to be healthy. I’m grateful for all the food we have. My home is a place where everyone understands me. They look at me from the inside, not the outside. They understand me when I’m sad, locked myself in my room that I love,f eel comfortable in and even do cartwheels in!!!! In my room I make crazy, big messes. Don’t ask me how I made that mess – even I don’t know. Of course, I would have to clean it, which takes ook two2 long and tiring hours. After that, I spend t a full one hour on my spectacular couch having the best sleep of my life! My home is awesome, but then I remember that some people don’t have this awesome of a house. I’m very grateful to have a home like mine.
