What does home mean to me? The meaning of my home is the essence of pumpkin pie and warmth when I come inside from a cold breeze from playing with my sister. The meaning of home is my family playing board games around the fireplace. The meaning of home is the smell of warm soup coming from the stove. My home makes me feel safe and warm like all the other people in the world should feel. My house guards my body, my heart and my family. The meaning of home is my mother and my father tucking me in bed. It makes me feel safe and calm. The meaning of home is getting comfy and watching movies with my family. The meaning of home is me reading books by the fireplace and cuddling my dog and cats. The meaning of home is taking my dog for a walk and looking at birds, climbing trees in the summer, and swimming in my grandparents' pool! The meaning of home is giving food or old blankets to homeless people. The meaning of home is being kind to my family and empathetic to my friends, too! The meaning of home is doing my chores and helping my mom and dad!! That is what home is like for me. I think everyone deserves a home.
