Everyone Deserves a Home

Home is different for everyone. For example, for some people home is the streets, some are in cars and some are in houses. Homes don't have to be with your family, they can be with anyone who makes you feel safe. Everyone should have a safe place to call home. For some people, home is on the streets. There are many ways they could end up on the streets and there are many dangers. For example, if there is a snowstorm, they will be very cold and can get hypothermia . They also lack amenities like a kitchen, bathroom etc. It is very hard when your home is on the street. Some people live in shelters. They are surrounded with people they don't know and lack privacy. I know if I was surrounded by strangers I would not feel safe . The shelter provides them with food and a bed. It also provides them protection and keeps them safe from the outside. In my home, I have my family. My family makes my house feel like a home. There is lots of love and I feel safe in my home . Home is comfortable and I can be myself. I am warm, I have a bed to sleep in and food to eat. I love my home. Everyone deserves a home. Homes come in different shapes and sizes. It doesn’t matter where it is but how it makes you feel. Homes should make you feel safe and loved. Home is somewhere you can always go.
