Home

Home is where happiness is all around you. If you can determine if you are in a relaxed state of mind, wherever it might come from, it is a home. It’s when I come home from school knowing that I will always have unconditional support and love from my family. Home isn’t a house, it is a feeling, a feeling where it can come from anywhere. If you live in an igloo, or some multi-million dollar mansion, what matters is that you are with your family. A place that is filled with meaningful memories is called home. Home is where your heart is, where your family is. It is the opportunity for me to see my family on a day-to-day basis. When I come home from school, I am happy and grateful that I have the chance to see my family; that is home. It is me and my family lighting fireworks on Diwali with an ecstatic smile. It is the family gatherings with my cousins, family friends, and loved ones. Lively memories in your life contribute to a main part of your life, a home. If the people around you are loyal, respectful, and love you, you are in a home. When I am surrounded by my loved ones, I am at home. Home is when I bring in the groceries inside. When I clean and organize my room, and my mom helps me. It’s when I go shopping with my mom and tell her to get some snacks. Home is a place of comfort and a safe place of all the craziness in the outside world. To conclude, home isn’t some place where you are living, it is where your heart, family, and loved ones live.
