The Meaning of Home

Home is a place where we learn to love. Home is a place where we feel safe and loved by one another. Home is where you get love and also the warm feeling when I snuggle next to my Mom and Dad; the feeling makes me warm inside. Home is where you appreciate what you have and not what you don’t have. I appreciate that I have a roof over my head and the smell of when my Mom or Dad cooks me food. I appreciate that my Mom and Dad make time for me no matter what. When I'm sad or when I'm mad they always have time for me. Home is also where I have anyone to talk to like my siblings or my parents. If I am sad, mad, or I had a rough day at school, I always have someone there for me. Home is where my heart is happy!
