A HOUSE. A place that gives you shelter when you need it. A place that gives you yummy food to eat. A place that might not always be comfortable but gives you a safe place to stay. A HOME. A place where you can be yourself and let your emotions out freely. A place to cuddle up with ones you love and to feel warm inside. A place where there is always love in the air. Houses and homes are very different things. And all I’m going to say is that everyone has a home no matter big or small, and no matter if it is a physical space or just a feeling, you always have a home. Home smells like my mom’s dessert fresh out of the oven. She bakes them right before Christmas and they taste so good. Home feels like a cozy warm blanket wrapped around me. Like when I watch movies with my family. Home sounds like my dad’s yummy meals sizzling in the pan. I love the sound of the bacon being sprinkled on the mac and cheese. Home looks like my comfy pillow. My favorite pillow case has dogs on it and it’s the only pillow I find comfortable in my whole house. Home smells like fresh flowers. The flowers from my neighbor's garden smell the best and they look so beautiful and delicate. I love home.
