What home means to me

When I walk through my front door coming home from school my dogs come rushing over to trying to lick me and cuddle with me, I go upstairs to get ready for dinner. On my way down I smell the delicious food my mom made, I’m always eating so fast so me and my family can play Apples to Apples. We’re always so competitive, usually my parents win but it’s always so much fun. Home smells like fresh popcorn and butter on movie nights, my family and I laughing so hard at the movie. Home is when I’m falling asleep, I feel my dogs jump on the bed, I feel their warmth of them, they comfort me. Home is where I made all my memories with my family. Home is not just made out of concrete it’s made out of love and memories.
