The Four Seasons of Home

A new year starts in winter, and I’m at home enjoying the snowfall beside the fireplace. When I’m outside, I’m making snowmen and having snowball fights with my bother while taking in the frigid weather. After, I go back in and drink a delightful hot cocoa. Spring comes in a snap, as it gets warmer the snow starts to thaw. Flowers start blooming and the sun peeks through the clouds more often. Summer arrives in a bliss, the snow has vanished and I can enjoy the warm weather for a while. I love going In my backyard and jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler spraying water from underneath. Fall comes, with it getting chilly out. The leaves start to collapse on the ground in big piles. I can jump in the leaves while smelling fresh pumpkin pie from the oven. And doing corn mazes with friends and family. Winter quickly rolls by again and it keeps going round and round every year. I am so thankful to have a roof above my head every year, and to have a place to live in.
