You Need a Home

You need a home to feel safe. To feel safe means that you do not have to worry about anything happening to you while you are in your home. To feel safe means that you can go play in your backyard without fearing creepy strangers. You need a home because you should be with your family. To be with your family means eating a delicious homemade dinner together, like delicious chicken nuggets with plum sauce. It means watching a movie together with the smell of hot popcorn with lots of butter. At Christmas I watch “The Santa Claus” with my family. You need a home because it has some special items. Some special items might be your favourite stuffy or your favorite game. My favourite game is chess. You need a home because everyone deserves to have a place to call home. Everyone deserves to have a place to go back to after school or going to the playground. You need a home because you should be able to list at least 5 things that make your home. 5 things that make my home are: Family, Happiness, Safety, Pets, and a House. I think that if you have a home, you should make sure you have all these things. You need a home to see the house. To see the house means to go around the house and look at the structure. It means to admire how strong the house that guards your home is. My house is made of good, strong bricks. You need a home to curl up in your bed. To curl up in your bed means to feel the comfiness of your blankets. It means to rest your head on your nice, soft pillow and drifting off to a nice, deep sleep. I am happy to write these paragraphs to help Habitat for Humanity. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity.
