Home Matters

Home means that you are safe, and you are loved. You can run and you can laugh. Home is where you can put your feet up and have a snack. When you’re hurt you can have so much help. Home means you can get all your bad thoughts out of your head. You can be yourself and be free. Home is where you’re with your family and can do all your traditions you have. You’ll smell delicious cookies and just by smelling the cookies you know someone is baking. Everyone deserves a home, a roof over their head to be warm. When you’re sick, you can have a cozy bed to sleep in and a warm house. Everyone deserves food in your mouth. When you’re asleep you are very safe because the doors are locked. Home has a lot of memories in it. When people look on the outside of your house it’s not the same on the inside. Home is a place you’ll never forget, it’s like your destiny. Home is a happy place; you can sit by the fire and drink hot chocolate. When you’re home, you can see your family and hug them. Your family can greet you at the door and when they hug you, you feel warm inside. When you’re outside of your house you want to go straight back home if you feel tired. You should thank the people who provide your house so you can have a comfortable house and when it’s freezing outside, you’ll have a blanket and can watch tv. The food people make in your house smell so good!! It would never be the same walking in someone else’s house and not being in my house. Home wouldn’t be the same without your family. Home is a wonderful place!
