My Meaning of Home
Home is where I was raised, home is where I liked to play, I laughed at home, I cried at home, and I learned from my mistakes. Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave, but when you leave you want to go back and relive those memories. No matter where I end up in life, I know that I am always welcome at home. And with these people who have guided me as a person, and taught me how to do stuff, I know that I am safe at home. Home to me is a place where your family is. A house is different from a home. You can’t do much in a house; it’s not really yours. In a home you feel safe and warm, and you are free. There are a lot of houses in the world you might live in, but there is only one which is your home, which is the house your family chose. When I hear the word home I think of my bedroom, my family, safe and warm. What is your meaning of home?
