A Happy Home Can Be Anything

The meaning of home. The meaning of home is where you feel happy, loved, and safe. A home is peace, laughter, and joy. When I think of home I think of playing games with my friends and hanging out with my wonderful family. I appreciate my family and friends, all the good food my mom makes and the jokes I have with my family. I'm grateful for everything I have and everything my parents have sacrificed for my sibling and me. A home could be a house, apartment, condo, basically, anywhere you feel best. When I feel at home I feel happy and comforted. Whenever I'm sad I know I will have people to listen to me and to talk to. My sibling is always here for me and I am always here for them. When I think of home I think of watching movies on my couch and hanging out with my family. Home is trying out new things and a place to lay my head at night in my comfy bed. Home to me is waking up on Christmas morning and making cinnamon buns before opening presents with my family. A home is a place where I’m free to be myself without feeling scared. I feel comfortable in my home. I can ask my parents to help me to do my homework, ask them any questions and they will answer them. In my home, I have so many laughs with my family. There are so many stories I could tell you about my family and me together. My home is where I can feel best. That’s the meaning of home.
