Home to Me

Home can be a roof over your head or where the heart is. For me home is a lot of things. Home is a special place but not for some people, home is a word that they do not want to hear. I am glad I do not have a family like that. Sure, my brothers are not that great but that is siblings. Home is the place where I can be myself without feeling weird about it. Home is the place where I feel safe and loved by everyone in it. I also feel love from my friends but sometimes they can be annoying. I really do love my friends and family even if I do not show it all the time. They mean the world to me, and I cannot live without them. Home is my community. If I did not have a home my life would be a lot different. I would not be who I am now because I love my home and everyone in it. I am glad to have friends and family who care about me and love me so much. That is home to me.
