Meaning of Home

The word home makes me feel comfy! At home my family is the royal family and my home is a castle. At home I hear the sirens outside that help me sleep. When I get home I smell the delicious food my mom makes; it is so good. At home it smells so good like the soap my mom buys but trust me; it is the best smell ever. At home I hear my baby sister Irie crying at home. Home feels like a nice, warm, heated blanket around me. When I am sleeping I hear my dad snoring as loud as a police siren. At home I always see my mom checking on her plants all the time. Our living room is a jungle with a lot of plants. At home I smell my dad making plantain in the kitchen and Jamaican artists singing on the tv. Sometimes I like to pretend I am in Jamaica eating mango and listening to Bob Marley. Home is the best place. It is better than any place in the world. Like Dorothy said in the Wizard Of Oz there is no place like home.
