What home means to me

A home to me is a record playing my favorite song. Or sitting by the fireplace watching the Leafs score. A home to me is the trees full with birds joyful choir. A home could be your nose pressed against a window pane watching the snow slowly drifting by. A home doesn't need to be made from steel or brick a home can be in your heart or mind. A home could be a hot mug of chocolate on a long winter Night. Or a deep cozy sleep after a long day's work. A home could be anywhere from one's perspective. A home is the trees swaying in the wind on a hot summer day.A home is where your family is. A home is where you make your memories. A home to me is a board game on a cold rainy day. Or a game of sjoelbak with my friends and family. A home is where you should feel safe. A home should be for everyone.
