Home is Love

Coming home after a long day of school. Walking into that safe place. Having that smell of fresh steak on the barbecue. Seeing your friends and family. Like if you were building a house with people. All the screws would be grandparents. Wood, bricks and glass would be friends and family. And the final product would be everyone's hearts put into the home everyone built with their love. Just seeing my brothers chasing each other around the living room makes me fill up with joy. Having supper around the table with my family knowing they put a lot of work into it. Home is a place everybody can feel safe and loved. I am grateful and thankful for having a home, a loving family, a roof over my head, food on my plate and clothes on my back. I hope everyone can have a safe loving home like me.
