The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home for me is coming home to a nice warm house. coming home to a nice, cooked meal. coming home to a nice family. going to bed in a nice warm bed. going home to a home. Going home to my two dogs and my cat. Going home to play volleyball. Going home to play outside in the cold or the warmth. Going home to see a wonderful sunset. If there was never love in a home it’s not truly a home, it’s just a house. A house is a structure, a home is loving, a house is walls with a roof, but a home is a place full of loving family and wonderful food. It is your decision whether to make it a home or a house. I would choose a home because my loving family makes me feel a part of it with all the popcorn and the hard work of my parents making shepherd’s pie.
