What home means to me
What home means to me
Home is the place where I feel comfortable. In this place I learn many new things from my wonderful teachers. My teachers help me improve on stuff I need to. They also help me learn new things everyday. If I don’t understand something they will help me, so I understand it. They are also very kind to me and one another. In this place there are also my friends. My friends help me with stuff I need to do or give me better ideas. So this place is called school!
Home is the place where I feel safe, warm and loved. In this place my family helps me with anything and keeps me safe from danger. They give me advice on things they think I should improve on. They also keep me away from danger to keep me safe. So this place is called home!
Home is the place where I feel strong. In this place I hear the loud bouncing on the floor. The good advice my coach tells me to do. The talking of my friends when we have breaks. The good teamwork that I see every week. So this place is called gymnastics!
Home is the place where I feel happy. In this place I see Canadian geese flying through the sky. Red leaves falling from maple trees and swirling in circles onto the ground. The red and white flag with the maple leaf on it was waving high in the sky with the strong air. So this is the place that we all call Canada!
Your home is not just a regular house that you live in with your family. Home is a place where you feel safe, warm, loved and comfortable!
