What Home Means to Me

Home is not just four walls and a roof. Home is a blessing. My Home is my happy place. Home is something to feel grateful for because some people don’t have a home. My safe home smells like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. My free zone feels like sitting up and getting warm next to a fireplace in winter. Home is a place where I can spend time with my siblings or family without fighting. I play board games, mario kart, and video games. Home to me is a place to not fight. For me I am able to express my feelings without anyone judging me. My family loves me and I love them back. Your heart doesn't have to be just one place but everywhere. Home doesn't just have to be a house but can be a person.
