HOME VS HOUSE

A home is a life with family and friends, a house is a roof over our heads. A home has love and memories, a house has things that we can’t see. In a house you might find a mouse, in a home you’ll never be alone. Now I’m going to tell you something sad, not everybody has a mom or a dad. Nor do they have a grandmother or grandfather, not even a pet, I don’t know about you but that makes me upset. Now I want you to put yourself in their shoes, see if it’s good or bad, you choose. Think about being alone, no voices, no footsteps, not even a ringtone. Think about the leaky roof and the creaking doors, and you sitting on a blanket wishing for more. Now that you’ve put yourself in their shoes, go on and tell me what you choose. Is it good or bad, happy or sad. If you're like me we both know it’s not right, so let's help those people come to light. Habitat For Humanity can help us with that, they help thousands of people get back on track. Now you understand why I'm writing this piece, so let’s help this home building community increase. Every person deserves a home, because nobody wants to be alone. I am grateful for what I have, my brother, my mom and my dad. I am especially grateful for my puppy, I am very very lucky. My family is all that I need, I need nothing else to succeed.
