What home means to me

To me the meaning of home is that when I am at school I have a home to go back to. I have a family that cares about me and what happens to me. It’s to me the best thing about family. I have confidence in them. I can trust them. A home is a place where I feel like I belong, and I can be myself. At home I feel that I am loved. I can talk to my family if something is wrong. I had to go to the hospital when I was just 2, and they were by my side the whole time. Having a family to take care of you is one of the best things in the world. When I was only a baby, we had 2 cats. But I only got to know Amy. My home is not the same without my cat, Amy. She was the best cat I could ever have. She died last year. My home is never going to be the same again. Sometimes I still can not imagine that she is gone. Every year my mom and I do a lot of gardening together. It is so amusing. I can not imagine what living would be without it. I think gardening is something to look forward to because It is so amusing. You do not need to be forced. Almost every year we get honey from 2 beehives that we have in our backyard. It is delicious! It is almost always my dad and I who spins it. If we did not have those times together, life would be different. My home would be different. My home means a lot to me. And I hope you have learned something about me.
