My Home

There is a difference between a house and home. A house is a building where you put your belongings and where you can live. A home is where you can feel important and welcomed. You feel safe there. Everyone has a different reason why their home is home. I have several reasons. But they all matter. My sister is one of them. Whenever I am lonely, my sister is (most of the time) there. Even though sometimes we disagree with each other, when she is gone I feel lonely! I miss her! I can always play with her when she is there, and even when we are fighting, we always end up laughing! My parents are important too. I can always care about them. And I know they can always care about me! When I get frustrated, I can always tell them and they know exactly how to cheer me up. Now, I have 4 pets, 1 fish and 3 chickens. I am very glad that I can have pets, because I am allergic to almost every pet. So I am very glad that I could have them. They remind me that I am not allergic to every animal, just some. Sometimes I have friends that visit me. I am very glad that they do. Why? You may ask, because if they don’t visit, I will be very sad. I’ll think that I do not have a lot of friends! If that happens, I will be very disappointed. There is one thing that is very important to me. It’s books. Without those, my home will be very boring. I love reading books. Now, there is one thing that is the most important of all. It's love. That is, the best one in my whole list.
