The meaning of home

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable, and decent home. Here is why: Nova Scotia has been having more and more extreme weather. Plus lots of people are homeless because their child has serious health conditions and can’t afford a home. Or they just can’t make enough money. We learned in school that some people's income half of it goes to renting an apartment, heat, and electricity. But what is the meaning of a home? To me, a home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable. It’s where I've made all my memories. That's part of why I love my home. My home makes me feel relaxed because I am allowed to play bed wars with Harvey after school. In my home, I will always laugh when my brother Harvey ignores me even though he asks me a question. I feel that everyone should get to experience their own safe, comfortable, and decent home
