Meaning of Home

18-year-old Melody was a confused girl who always wondered if where she lived felt like a house or a home, she recently moved to a new house however she didn't feel at home, even if she added her favourite pillow or a favourite blanket she always felt like it was never enough or it was a house and not a home. Every day she cared more and more and more she forgot everything around her. A few weeks later Melody had realized she hadn't visited her parents in a long time or even answered their calls because she had been too busy. So she invited her parents for a family game night. They laughed, played games and most of all they had fun, finally, she felt like HOME. A home is not always about how everything looks, it's about who is there with you, even if it's yourself. Home to me is the people and happiness around me.
