Homes

A house is a building. It can be big or small, it can be an apartment, farm, house, condo or a cottage. A home is where you live. It can be the house you live in or the city you live in. A home is also where your family is. Now I am going to tell you about my home. I will tell you about how my home is loud and busy, sporty and has a lot of food so I will never go hungry. My home has always been really loud and busy because I share my home with two brothers, one sister and a dog. My two brothers play basketball in our home continuously. My sister is always on facetime and my dog barks at everything that walks by. Now I will tell you about the sports in my home. In my home I can always do sports because we have sports equipment to play stuff with. My favorite sports are gymnastics, basketball and skiing. At my home we have a big yard to play sports in. Our favorite two sports to play outside in our backyard are football and gymnastics. Now I will tell you why I’ll never go hungry in our home. In my home I will never go hungry because there is always food in the kitchen. My parents go around every week to get more food for all of us. We have a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. We use the fridge to store food, the microwave to heat up food, the stove to make food, we use the oven to bake food and the dish washer to clean our dishes. Now you know the differences between a house and home, you know that my home is always really loud and busy, you know that I love to do sports in my home and that I will never go hungry in my home.
