Home

I love my home. I get to play games with my friends. If I am mad I play games with my friends, and it makes me happy. I have many memories in my home like a holiday called Eid! Our families gather up, and we eat food, and we have an amazing time together. I remember my baby sisters firsts like her first steps, and first words, Her first words were “mama”. I enjoy the different cultural, and traditional food my mom makes for me like biryani! I enjoy my time with my family because we go out together, and we also have movie nights night to night. I have four siblings! I have an older brother, an older sister, and two younger sisters! I enjoy playing with them! When I am coming home from school I can’t wait to get home because I feel loved, belonged, relaxed, and comfortable at home. I went on a vacation with my family, and it didn’t feel like home, but when I got there the first time It didn’t feel like home, but I got used to it in the first week in my home in Pakistan. When I came back I felt better, relaxed, and belonged. It was just so much better because it's were I lived my whole life, and it was great to be back where I liked it most. Home is seeing my baby sister get excited when I come home, Home is hearing my family enjoy our time together, Home is smelling the soap on my hands, Home is tasting the delicious food my mom makes for me, Home is touching my fluffy blanket. Home is feeling belonged always. This is not a poem, but home is home, and I will always love my home…
